Habits no matter how old or how comfortable you’re with them, if they’re bad you should change them. 
The way you start your day has a lot to do with your mood and quality of life.

Here’re are 6 Morning habits we should say Goodbye ASAP.

1.Checking your phone as soon as you get out of bed.

A phone is what makes you waste your precious time in the morning which you should’ve spent doing something important or useful.
You should use your time to do something that can make you feel better and is good for you. You can go for a walk or jogging.
Whenever you look into your phone a notification pops up from Social media accounts and when you open it you can see what your friends are doing and its the easiest way to stay informed about your loved ones. But most of the time it makes you feel bad as social media is full of negativity.
That small screen on your phone is the gateway for negativity to enter into your life. So, keep that out of sight in the morning.

2. Hitting Snooze.

Never hit that snooze button or you’d get lazy after breaking your sleep cycle. Instead just wake up immediately once you hear that alarm.

 

3.Not starting the day with a shower.

What could make your day any better than a morning Shower?
Taking shower makes your brain active and normalizes your body temperature which can make you feel better and proactive.

 

4. Taking Hot shower.

Taking a hot shower in the morning is really a bad idea as it can make you feel relaxed and you’d head back to your bed to sleep again.
Instead, take shower with cold water, it refreshes you and makes you active for the day.
It’s the best thing to do in the morning.

 

5. Skipping Breakfast Altogether.

Skipping breakfast can lead to low energy throughout the day. So never forget to have a healthy breakfast.

 

6. Drink black coffee.

Drinking black coffee just after you wake up can make your cortisol levels high and result in anxiety.
You can drink coffee just after 3-4 hour from when you wake up.
If you still want to take it earlier than add some milk to it.
